Thank you for your interest in 2025 Collective Shows West, January.  Please review the following instructions and guidelines to assist you in using our new online contract site.

While we will do our best to accommodate your Experience Level requests, we cannot guarantee until booth assignments are finalized. 

A deposit is required to request your space. This is a non-refundable processing fee. 

If you supplied a credit card for the initial deposit, you will be automatically charged for subsequent payments based on the following schedule:

  • 35% due with contract through September 20, 2024 - this is a Non-Refundable Fee 
  • 75% due with contract from September 21, 2024 through November 15, 2024 - exhibitor is liable for 75% of total contract for cancellation or reductions on or after September 21, 2024
  • 100% due by November 16, 2024 - exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract for cancellation or reductions on or after November 16, 2024

Charges will appear on your credit card statement as "2025 Collective Shows West, January”.
