Thank you for your interest in 2025 Collective Shows West, July.  Please review the following instructions and guidelines to assist you in using our new online contract site.

While we will do our best to accommodate your Experience Level requests, we cannot guarantee until booth assignments are finalized. 

A deposit is required to request your space. This is a non-refundable processing fee. 

If you supplied a credit card for the initial deposit, you will be automatically charged for subsequent payments based on the following schedule:

Booth Payment Schedule:

  • 35% of the total booth space fee is due by date of contract(s) submission or by February 21, 2025, whichever is earlier - This is a non-refundable fee
  • 75% of the total booth space fee is due by February 22, 2025 - exhibitor is liable for 75% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee
  • 100% of the total booth space fee is due by April 19, 2025 - exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee

Charges will appear on your credit card statement as "2025 Collective Shows West, July”.
